Ingredients
- 1 slab of Batang fillet fish (approx 500g)
- 1 stick of lemon grass (sliced thinly)
- 4 leaves of lemon leaf (sliced thinly)
- 2 tbsp of Thai Fish Sauce
- 4-5 tbsp of Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce
- Pepper
- Some fresh grated ginger and juice
- 1 kaffir lime (or lemon or lime)
Method
- Marinate fish with Fish Sauce, pepper & grated ginger & juice for 30mins
- Pour Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce over fish
- Roll lime/lemon on table, cut in half and squeeze over fish
- Spread lemon grass & lemon leaves over the top of fish
- Steam till cooked
- Remove and serve hot. ENJOY!!
