Japanese Style Fried Shirataki Noodles

Oh, I just cant get enough of these noodles - Shirataki noodles and it is good whether fried or soup. Frankly, it is a bland noodle but I love its texture and oh, so light feeling after eating!

  • 1 pack of Shirataki noodles, washed n drained well
  • Japanese Stock Base Sauce
  • Chopped garlic
  • Nori seaweed
  • Shredded seaweed
  1. Fry chopped garlic till fragrant
  2. Add in noodles, fry lightly about 5 mins
  3. Season with sauce and mix well
  4. Sprinkle nori seaweed.
  5. Dish and top with more nori seaweed and shredded seaweed
  6. Serve hot and ENJOY!!


  1. Add any meat, tofu or mushrooms to make it a more fulfilling meal or eat it with a separate steak of fish or beef.
