The last time I bought this Creamy Snapper Fillet at Cold Storage cost me quite a bit. Then my sis told me that she bought the exact IQF(Individually Quick Frozen) version from Giant at a lower price. And the taste was exactly the same. She believes that Cold Storage just defrosted and sold them.
So I grabbed 4 and made 1 pack today. Yummy! The 2 boys loved them. Kimi loved it cos it had crispy bits and hb just loved the garlic and salt combo I guess. This is so fast, easy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 Creamy Snapper Fillet (pack came filleted into 2 slices)
- Dash of salt, pepper and ground ginger
- Chopped garlic
Method
- Heat some oil and fry fish till golden brown.
- Remove and let it rest on kitchen napkins.
- Add in the garlic and let it brown till nice and golden.
- Remove and slowly scoop over fish. Being careful not to add the oil.
- Serve over rice, noodles, pasta or with potatoes. ENJOY!!!
