A quickie lunch before heading out today. We are going to get Kimi's table/bench so he can sit, read and do crafts. After that, we are heading to Children's Garden for Kimi to work some energy off!
Ingredients
- 1 pc salom fillet/steak (approx 200-250g)
- 1 handbunch dark green veg (I use puey leng leaves here)
- 2 inch of egg tofu (you can use plain too)
- Paprika
- Basil
- Ground ginger
- Butter
- Olive/canola oil
- Aluminium foil
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees celsius or u can use a toaster.
- Rub the salmon with paprika and ground ginger. Sprinkle basil generously.
- Put foil in an oven safe dish.
- Place some butter on the foil and put salmon on the butter. Smear a little more butter on the top.
- Put the tofu and veg together in the same foil pocket.
- Drizzle some oil onto the veg.
- Fold up the foil into pocket (make sure no opening)
- Bake in oven for 20-30 mins or until fish is cooked
- Serve immediately
Tips
- You can use fresh ginger but be very careful as some ginger are very sharp and spicy so pls exercise precaution
- Use any veg as your baby likes
- You can omit tofu and use any other kind of fillers like rice, porridge, couscous, etc
